Thank you to Charlotte, our Nursery Cook, and all the team involved in preparing and serving food for maintaining incredibly high standards in the kitchens, for keeping all food preparation and storage areas clean and for following all procedures necessary to achieve this level.

Nursery Christmas Roundup! 🎄🎁🎅😁
We had a blast in December getting ready for Christmas with craft, decorations, activities, parties and Santa!
We have had fun with some great sensory tactile activities, snow themed foam, playdough and loose parts. The children really enjoyed making Christmas crafts to bring home which allowed them to explore their creative side. We have used and investigated paint, glue, glitter, pom poms, sequins and other sensory materials.
The toddlers and preschool children enjoyed decorating their beautiful Christmas trees and were able to practise their hand eye coordination to hook the various ornaments to the branches. Putting the stars on the top of the tree was the exciting bit!. The children got arty, making cards for family, posting them and discussing how cards are delivered around the world.
Finally, after their amazing Christmas parties, all the children had the chance to visit Santa in our grotto and receive a little gift from the big man himself!
It was a very busy month, and the whole nursery felt fully festive for Christmas.

It's Christmas Eve, and for our little ones that means one thing... Santa's coming! 🎅🎁
Santa came to our grotto earlier in December to visit the children in each room, and to give them all a little early Christmas present. Seeing their faces as they walked into the room to find Santa sitting there waiting for them was a delight.
May Santa bring you everything you want for Christmas and remember to leave him and his reindeer a little something to eat and drink. 🍪🍷🥕
